LIVINGSTON, Justice.

Three appeals are, by agreement of the parties, consolidated and presented in one record.

The Spry Burial Insurance Company, a corporation, filed the bill of complaint in the Circuit Court, in Equity, of Lauder-dale County, Alabama, against Weaver Fuqua, Jr., as Tax Collector of Lauder-dale County, seeking to enjoin and restrain him from proceeding with the sale of complainant’s property for the collection of taxes assessed against the corporate shares of capital stock by the State Department of Revenue.
