YOUNG, Justice.
Plaintiff in error, Independence Indemnity Company, under a fidelity bond with its assured, Matson Navigation Company, sustained certain losses for which it is claimed in this suit that the defendant in error, Republic National Bank & Trust Company, is responsible, and suit in the trial court resulted. Upon a jury trial in a Dallas county district court, a verdict for defendant was instructed, judgment rendered that plaintiff take nothing, and writ of error has been duly perfected by the indemnity company for review here.
