Debtor Robert W. Kidd (“Kidd”) filed a voluntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition on August 6, 1997. On October 16, 1997, Plaintiff AVCO Financial Services of Billings (“AVCO”) filed an adversary complaint against Kidd seeking to except from discharge, pursuantto 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2)(B) and 523(a)(6), the sum of $6,808.00.
