THIS MATTER has come before the Court on the Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff Jeffrey A. Weinman, the liquidating trustee of the Centrix Liquidating Trust (the “Trustee”) set out four claims in his complaint alleging, under 11 U.S.C. §§ 547(b), 548(a)(1)(B), 548(a)(1)(A), and 549(a), alternative theories for the recovery of pre- and post-petition payments by the Debtor Cen-trix Financial, LLC.
