Randy Trainor sued his former employer, Apollo Metal Specialties, Inc., and Apollo’s majority stockholder, Danny Pilgrim, alleging disability employment discrimination in violation of Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12111-17 (“ADA”), and raising state law claims of discrimination, retaliatory discharge, breach of contract, tortious interference with an employment contract, and false inducement to employment.
