— Myrtle Ada Thomas, hereinafter called petitioner, applied to the Industrial Commission of the State of Arizona, hereinafter called the commission, for compensation which she alleged was due her as a result of the death of her husband, Ralph Thomas. The commission heard the evidence, and found that it was insufficient to establish that the death of Mr. Thomas, who was an auditor in the office of the Arizona state board of health, occurred from an accident arising out of and in the due course of his employment.
