The principal issue in this appeal is whether an arbitration panel manifestly disregarded the law by awarding interest and attorney’s fees to the defendant in its resolution of an unrestricted arbitration submission. The plaintiff, Saturn Construction Company, Inc., appeals from the judgment of the trial court denying its application to vacate, and granting the motion of the defendant, Premier Roofing Company, Inc., to confirm the arbitration award in its favor.
