This is an action for damages for libel, and was commenced against appellant and Norman L. Nulsen, Albert G. Nulsen, Sr., and Albert G. Nulsen, Jr. At the close of plaintiff's case, the court gave a peremptory direction to the jury to find for defendant, Albert G. Nulsen, Jr., and plaintiff, as to this defendant, took an involuntary nonsuit with leave, but did not, so far as appears here, file motion to set aside the nonsuit.
