For two years prior to his death on September 5, 1962, David A. Stump was employed by Follmer Trucking Company. His widow, Miriam G-. Stump, alleging her husband’s death was caused by an accident in the course of his employment instituted a claim on behalf of herself and her daughter for workmen’s compensation benefits under the Act of June 2, 1915, P. L. 736, as amended, 77 P.S. § §1 et seq.
