MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
SANDERS, Chief Judge.
Plaintiff Anago Incorporated (“Anago”) seeks a preliminary injunction enjoining Defendant Tecnol Medical Products (“Tec-nol”) from further pursuing its attempt to acquire control over Anago and effectuate a merger between the two companies. An-ago contends that Tecnol’s activities violate Section 7 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. § 18, which prohibits mergers that substantially lessen competition, and Section 14(e) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C. § 78n(e), as amended (the “Williams Act”), which prohibits certain deceptive or…
