DECISION AND ORDER CONCERNING SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION
ROBERT E. GRANT, Bankruptcy Judge.
This adversary proceeding began with a relatively simple complaint for turnover against James Simon and JAS Partners. The trustee claimed that Simon and JAS were in possession of FCC licenses which were property of the estate and asked for an order requiring them to deliver those licenses to him. Thomas Shoaff and William Millett sought to intervene in the trustee’s litigation, claiming the licenses had been pledged for their benefit to secure their claims against the debtor.
