ORDER
Plaintiff commenced this action on September 29,1976, pursuant to the Fair Housing Act (“the Act”), 42 United States Code Section 3601 et seq. and 42 U.S.C. Sections 1981 and 1982 of the Civil Rights Act of 1888. He alleges that in December of 1975 and January of 1976 he was repeatedly denied an opportunity to rent a unit in an apartment complex, called “Eustis Plaza Apartments,” in Eustis, Florida.
