Plaintiff United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC") commenced this action against defendants United Health Programs of America, Inc., and Cost Containment Group, Inc. (collectively, "defendants"), pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ("Title VII") on behalf of a group of defendants' former employees - Danielle Diaz, Jennifer Honohan, Regina Maldari, Cynthia Pegullo, Elizabeth Safara, Sandra Benedict, and Karen Josey (the "claimants").
