Lehman v. Wagner

Ruth Lehman brought this action in the district court for Stanton county February 19, 1938, to enforce the payment of a bequest made to her by the provisions of the last will and testament of her mother, Maria Wagner, who departed this life October 28, 1933. The trial court decreed and adjudged that plaintiff had a specific bequest and was entitled to a first lien upon 80 acres of land in Stanton county, and that the executor, Arthur Wagner, as such had a second lien in the amount of $2,000.
