COOK, Judge:

Despite his pleas, the accused was convicted by special court-martial, military judge alone, of wrongful possession of marihuana in the hashish form, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for 2 months, forfeiture of $279 per month for 2 months, and reduction to the grade of Private E-l. The convening authority approved the adjudged sentence. A divided panel of the United States Army Court of Military Review affirmed the findings and sentence. 9 M.J.…
