ALDRICH, District Judge.
This is an action of tort for alleged libel based upon a publication in the Boston Sunday Post of July 24, 1910, which has reference to _ a book written by Prof. Harry Thurston Peck, and published by Dodd, Mead & Co.
The alleged harmful matter consists of words, pictures, and drawings.
