At issue is an appeal by plaintiffs with regard to this court’s decision to both grant the preliminary objections of defendant City of Reading, by an order dated May 26, 2004 as well as an order dated January 26, 2004, granting defendant Reading School District’s motion for judgment on the pleadings, therefore dismissing the case against both municipal defendants.
