Plaintiffs Lori S. Mott, Cynthia Cotten, Susan Gibbs, Susan Moore, and Judy Rat-cliff, on behalf of themselves and all others similarly situated, bring suit against Defendant Driveline Retail Merchandising Inc. (“Driveline”) alleging that Driveline failed to pay Plaintiffs for required work in violation of the minimum wage and overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 206 & 207(a).1 Pursuant to the FLSA’s collective action provision at 29 U.S.C. § 216(b), Plaintiffs move for an order (1) granting conditional…
