The trustee of the bankruptcy estate of Hugh Don Camp contests judgment liens claimed by Mr. Tony Gordon, Mr. Tim Gordon, and Mr. Julian Gordon (hereinafter collectively “the Gordons”) against real properties located in various Alabama counties. Motions for summary judgment have been filed on behalf of the trustee and each of the Gordons.
