This action was brought to recover damages for the death of plaintiff’s husband, Hugh Coyle, as a result of injuries sustained by being struck by one of defendant’s *498cars. Coyle was a member of an excursion party, carried by defendant from Philadelphia to Waldheim Park, near Eeading. There was no regular station at the park but, pursuant to an arrangement with the excursionists, the train was scheduled to discharge the passengers in the morning at a point near the park entrance, and again take them on, at the same place, in the evening.
