This suit was brought by the Gatlinburg Art Gallery, Incorporated, and its stockholders individually, against the City of Gatlinburg and the officials thereof asking that the Defendant be required to issue a license for the conduction of auction sales and for a declaratory judgment under the ordinance governing same, including certain injunctive relief.
