Plaintiffs Shuffle Master, Inc., and International Game Technology (“IGT”, collectively “Plaintiffs”) originally sued Defendants MP Games, Robert Mouchou, Alliance Gaming Corp., and Bally Gaming Inc. (collectively “Defendants”), claiming that Defendants’ MP21 game system infringed several patents held by Shuffle Master. (Complaint (# 1).)
