The appellee, Streckfus Steamers, Incorporated, is a Delaware corporation with its principal office in St. Lonis, Missouri. It operates a number of excursion steamboats on the Mississippi and Ohio rivers. During the summer of 1936, it operated five boats carrying excursions from various towns in Kentucky on the Mississippi and Ohio rivers and returning to the point of origin.
