Plaintiff Or Da Industries, Ltd. (“Or Da”), an Israeli corporation, brought this action under the Federal Trademark Act of 1946 (“the Lanham Act”), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1051-1127, against Leisure Learning Products, Inc. (“Leisure Learning”), and other unnamed manufacturers and retailers, alleging the infringement of six registered trademarks. 1 These trademarks were issued to Or Da during February, March and September of 1977, and are listed in the Patent Office’s Principal Register.
