This appeal is from an order of the Circuit Court for Harford County, in Equity, overruling tbe defendant’s demurrer to a bill in equity, for an injunction to restrain tbe sale of tbe plaintiff’s property for taxes claimed to be in arrears, and alleged to be due tbe defendant, tbe City of Havre de Grace for tbe year 1914, and requiring tbe defendant to answer tbe bill.
