Idle appeal in this case was taken from an order of the Circuit Court for Frederick County, granting a preliminary injunction enjoining the appellant from prosecuting an attachment proceeding instituted by him. against the appellee in the Circuit Court for Carroll County on a judgment of that court, and the question which we are called upon to determine is whether the averments of the bill of complaint, considered in connection with the accompanying affidavit and exhibits, were sufficient to justify the court in passing that order.
