OPINION

WARREN, Justice.

This is a summary judgment case involving the Texas Open Meetings Act.

The appellants filed suit for injunctive and declaratory relief to set aside a resolution of the appellee’s Board of Directors, authorizing its general manager to enter into a contract for railroad cars, alleging noncompliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. The trial court granted the ap-pellee’s motion for summary judgment.
