This appeal is prosecuted from an order of the superior court of King county, in probate, approving the final account of the administrator of the estate of Harriet E. Whitten, deceased. When the administrator filed his final account and gave notice thereof, as required by law, the appellants appeared and filed numerous objections thereto. These objections were overruled upon a hearing. The facts necessary to an understanding of the points involved on this appeal will be stated hereafter.
