—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendants Richard A. Ashley, Paul B. Diamond, Primus Automotive Financial Services, Inc., and Mazda American Credit appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Price, J.), dated February 2, 1999, as denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and all cross claims insofar as asserted against them.
