There are but two grounds of error specified which challenge the consideration of this court. The first is that a verdict should have been directed for the defendant by the trial judge for the reason that the undisputed evidence shows that the plaintiff violated the following provisions of an ordinance of the city of Massillon: “That pedestrians shall cross the street at right angles and at street and alley intersections only.
