Based on the files, records, testimony, and evidence presented at trial, the Court makes this Order pursuant to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.
PROCEDURAL POSTURE
This action was originally commenced on June 14,1983. The debtors sought to avoid certain non-possessory, non-purchase money liens held by the bank on the debtors’ farm machinery and equipment pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 522(f)(2)(B).
