A jury found the appellant guilty on two counts, committed on 2 separate days, of violating a zoning ordinance of Spokane County by using ids property “for the storage of wrecked motor vehicles and parts, scrap lumber, scrap metal, and other miscellaneous items not necessary for the normal operation of a household.” He appeals from the judgment and sentence ordering him to pay a $250 fine and serve 30 days in jail.
