LOURIE, Circuit Judge.
M. Jean Sandel petitions for review of the August 30, 1993 decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board, Docket No. CH-0831-93-0336-1-1, affirming the decision of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) denying her application for a survivor annuity. Because petitioner does not meet the statutory requirements for entitlement to a survivor annuity, we affirm.
