Appeal from a judgment of the district court and from an order denying a motion for amended findings or, in the alternative, for a new trial.

The background of the litigation giving rise to this appeal is set out in Benson Co-op. Creamery Assn. v. First District Assn. 276 Minn. 520, 151 N. W. (2d) 422, 152 N. W. (2d) 182.
