Reversing.

In the year 1909, E. B. Stansifer and W. H. Hudson, and about, forty thousand other persons, in Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio, entered into an agreement with the Burley Tobacco Society, by which they pledged themselves to deliver to the Society all the hurley tobacco grown by them, to be handled, prized, stored, and sold by the Society, as their agent. The Burley, Tobacco Society was a corporation organized under the provisions of Article VIII, Chapter 32, Kentucky Statutes.
