The question presented is whether the district court of Dallas County, Texas, in this suit by petitioner against respondent, should have given full faith and credit pursuant to Section 1 of Article IV of the Constitution of the United States, to two supplemental judgments rendered in petitioner’s favor against respondent by a district court of the State of Minnesota for $2700.00 and $2100.00, representing the amounts of accrued and unpaid installments of $150.00 per month theretofore adjudged to her as alimony and for support of her children by the Minnesota court.
