OPINION AND ORDER
GEORGE KENDALL SHARP, District Judge.
This case came before the Court for a non-jury trial on May 17, 1985. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 52, the Court enters the following Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law.
FINDINGS OF FACT
In this action, plaintiffs seek damages in excess of $10,000, interest, attorneys’ fees and costs from defendant on theories of breach of contract, negligence and breach of fiduciary duty in connection with defendant’s handling of two international documentary transfer and bill of exchange collections.
