MILLER, Associate Justice.

Appellee was prosecuted in the Police Court of the District of Columbia upon an information charging him with negligent homicide. A motion to quash the information was sustained by the, lower court. This court granted a writ of error. The issues presented for determination on this appeal are, first, whether the statute satisfies the required constitutional standards; and, sec-

ond, whether the information is sufficiently explicit to apprise the accused, with reasonable certainty, of the nature of the accusation.
