The plaintiff, Quinn Brothers, Inc. (Quinn Brothers), appeals a jury verdict for the defendant, David Whitehouse d/b/a *187East Coast Rent-A-Fence, in a contract action. The plaintiff contends that the Superior Court (Barry, J.) erred in denying its motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and to set aside the verdict. We affirm.
