OPINION

BUSSEY, Judge:

Appellant, Charles Frank Tahsequah, hereinafter referred to as the defendant, was charged by information in Case No. CRF-78-464, with three counts of First Degree Manslaughter, pursuant to 21 O.S.1971, § 711, in the District Court, Comanche County. Immediately prior to trial, the defendant, while represented by retained counsel, entered a plea of guilty to one count of First Degree Manslaughter, whereupon the second and third counts were dismissed. Thereafter, defendant was sentenced by the court to serve a term of twenty-five (25) years in the custody of the State…
