OPINION

BLISS, Judge.

Petitioner, John Paul King, hereinafter referred to as defendant, entered a plea of guilty in the District Court, Pontotoc County, Case No. CRF-75-130, to the charge of Larceny of an Automobile, in violation of 21 O.S.1971, § 1720. The judge imposed a sentence of three (3) years imprisonment, whereupon the defendant' made application to withdraw his plea of guilty. After an evidentiary hearing mandated by this Court in Case No. 0-75-671 was held, the trial judge denied defendant’s application.
