On May 23, 2006, Appellant Ronald Douglas Smith entered a plea of guilty, without an agreement on punishment, to four felony offenses: organized criminal activity, possession of a controlled substance within a drug free zone, possession of certain chemicals with intent to manufacture, and possession of methamphetamine.
