This matter is before the court on defendant Honeywell, Inc.’s (“Honeywell”) motion for summary judgment. The issues have been fully briefed, and on October 31, 1991 the court heard oral argument presented by counsel for the plaintiffs (“the Averys”), defendant/cross claimant Mapco Gas Products, Inc. (“Mapco”), and Honeywell. On November 21,1991 Mapco submitted additional affidavits, which this court has considered. For the following reasons Honeywell’s motion for summary judgment is GRANTED.
