The testamentary plan of deceased was designed primarily to assure the welfare of his wife. Secondarily deceased desired to devote his wgalth in great part to charity. He made provision that one tenth of a sum ascertained by a particular formula should pass to remote relatives and that another tenth of such sum should pass to his wife’s estate if she predeceased him.
