MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
SPRIZZO, District Judge.
Plaintiffs Range Road Music, Inc. (“Range Road”), Jerry Leiber (“Leiber”) and Mike Stoller (“Stoller”) bring this action against Music Sales Corporation (“MSC”) asserting claims for copyright infringement, and against Josephine Van Heusen (“Josephine”) and Marshall Gel-fand (“Gelfand”) for authorization of copyright infringement and for breach of contract.
