HATGHT, District Judge.

The bill in this case seeks to enjoin an alleged infringement of United States letters patent No. 1,043,854, granted to Eawrence W. Euellen, and dated November 12, 1912. The subject-matter of the patent is a device for storing and dispensing individual drinking cups in a simple and sanitary manner. Its object, broadly stated, is to provide a substitute for the public drinking cup.
