| lAppellant Essential Accounting Systems, Inc. (EAS), appeals from the trial court’s order granting a permanent injunction to appellee DeWayne Dewberry upon finding that the parties’ contract transferring Dewberry’s property to the corporation was unenforceable. On appeal, EAS argues that the parties had a valid contract, that the property at issue belonged to EAS, and that EAS should have been granted a permanent injunction. We reverse and remand.
