Juanita C. Galindo appeals from a judgment in favor of TMT Transportation, Inc. and Salvatore G. Robles denying her damages for the wrongful death of her adult son, Jose Galindo, a pedestrian struck by a truck on Interstate 10 on January 5, 1982.
