— Action by Mrs. Katie King, for fifty dollars on common counts for goods sold, and work and labor-done by, and money received to the use of B. F. King, the husband of plaintiff, since deceased. Plaintiff, on demand,, furnished a bill of particulars in the following form: “Charles-T. Ezell, To Katie King, Dr. 1888, Dec. 7. To amount due-for cypress timber sold by C. T. Ezell, belonging to Ben King,, her husband, and which sum was exempt to her as the widow of Ben King, now deceased, $50.” King died in September,. 1888.
