OPINION

VOSS, Judge.

Petitioner Andres Francisco Rosas filed a petition for review asking us to examine the trial court’s dismissal of his petition for post-conviction relief. We grant review but deny relief.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

Pursuant to a plea agreement with the State, Petitioner pled guilty to illegally conducting an enterprise, a class 3 felony. In exchange, the remaining charges against him and the State’s allegation of Hannah priors were dismissed. 1 The plea agreement also provided that Petitioner would be sentenced to a term of five years imprisonment unless he failed to appear…
